I can't let go of the name Lila, but it bothers me that it is only one letter away from my name. Pronounced Lye-luh,however. Should I just name my baby Sarah instead?
Lila or Sarah for sister Alyssa and mom Lisa?

Lisa & Lila look similar but sound very different. I actually find your daughters name Alyssa to be more similar to Lisa sound wise. Lisa, Alyssa & Lila work well together, I think the sound of the names are different enough not to cause confusion. If you love it, go for it. Sarah is also a lovely name, so either way you can't go wrong. Good luck!
