My friend and her husband are pregnant with a little girl and their top 2 choices are Shayla and Alexandra (no middle names picked out) their last name sounds like Pur-een. Which of the two do you like better? I personally like Alexandra better.

Alexandra by far.
I think it's much classier and definitely a classic that will age well.

I definitely prefer Alexandra. It's so pretty and classy, and has a lot of different nicknames. (Allie, Alex, Alexa, Lexie, etc.)

Alexandra, for sure! Shayla is a great name, but it just doesn't sound good with their surname.
