Charles Wallace <3
I adore both names, and love how they sound together!
Is it a bad thing being it's the name of the kid in Madeline L'Engle's books?
I mean, it'd technically have an adorable reference, Charles Wallace was such a cute character. And I guess I could say it's after a favorite book of mine (one of the many favs hahaha!)

I've never heard of the books, but I'm definitely not against naming after characters from books or movies (unless they're really bad characters).
I'm not fond of the name, but you certainly wouldn't be bad to name a kid this. Go ahead!

I LOVE the name Charles Wallace
I dont think it would be a bad to name a kid this if you LOVE the name and I think Charles Wallace is a cute character to be named after. My sister Maddie was actually named after the Madeline in London character. My mom was considering naming her either Madeline or Amelia and hadn't decided which yet. But when Maddie was born with red hair my mom had to name her Madeline (but pron. mad ah LYN)
Plus unless you call him Charles Wallace most people wouldn't make the connection.

It's such an adorable character!
Haha, I guess most people wouldn't make the connection... Though I'd be tempted to call him Charles Wallace all the time anyways! if not Charlie, Charles Wallace all the time!

I love Madeline L'Engle's books! When I saw Charles Wallace, I didn't even need to finish reading your post. hahaha
I think the name is soooo adorable. And it's definitely not a bad thing to name your kid after a literary character. In fact, I think it adds to the name - you know, gives it some depth. I might have to add it to my list too (if you don't mind).

Of course I don't!
But it does add depth! So I could tell the kid "Your named after an adorable litterary character that I love, who's smart, cute and magical!" Hehehe!
I do love the books myself
