My sister and I are soooo close! We are BEST friends and know each other better than anyone else. She is 18 months older, but we are almost like twins (infact, everyone asks us if we are!) I really want to use a version of her name as a mn for a possible future daughter. Could you all please help me come up with variations of each of her names? I can't decide if I should ask her what variation she likes and tell her I want to honor her, or if I should wait until I have kids and then tell her I honored her with the name I chose.
Anyway, her name is LAUREN ROSE. I want to key on using a form of Rose (like Rosalie or Roselle, but would love other options too). Forms of Lauren are also welcome.

Thank you! Hopefully my explanation is clear.

I love that you want to honor her! I'd probably wait until you are pregnant and say something, maybe mention you favorite and see what she thinks.

Aw, I love a ton of the suggestions above, I'm drawing a blank to a more different suggestions sorry! Rosemary Laurel would be way too darn beautiful, oh my gosh :wubs:

Hmm, maybe vaguely but there are a handful of names that have "ro" within them :)
Monroe
Caroline
Cameron
Aurora
Veronica
Rowen

And names containing "Lo" which could honor Lauren:
Eloise
Harlow
Chloe
Lola
Logan
Lorelei
Louise
Mallory
Shiloh
Sloane
Willow

Very loose honoring here but.. Hope you like!

Thank you, ladies!!!

I really like Rosina, Rosen, and Laurel. Remy, I also like your suggestions :) (I already really like Eloise, Chloe and Willow).

Addy, I agree, I should probably wait until I am at least pregnant and then I will have a few months to talk with her and pick out the best name to honor her with <3
