My husband is Serbian and I'm American. My husband and I agreed our next child shall have a serbian name. (Our daughter now is Ana-Mae Rose) I like earthy/animal based names; I find myself leaning to Lane(la-nay in Serbian for fawn) just can't think of a middle name to go with for a girl. I have a pretty good idea for a boy being Mladi Jelen(Young deer as in the animal). My husband is okay with Jelen since it's a common name in Serbian, but he thinks it's weird I like it the way I have it. He first thought I meant as dear. Any suggestions?
