So my boyfriend and I discussed names today even though the prospect of children is a long way off. We actually have a similar name taste, surprisingly, and we came up with four names we really like. Just wanting some other opinions too.
When we really do have kids their last Mame will be Motbey (prn. Mott-bee)

I like names that are easy to pronounce. With that being said, I think you should change "Eoin" to "Ian"...just my opinion.

I really like your list! Especially Madeline! And Zachary Eoin is a fantastic combo.
The only thing I would change is Ebony; Ebony Motbey lacks flow.
