I don't see it, sorry. Braxton, Paxton, Jaxon, they are all too masculine for a girl.

I agree with Alicia, it has a far too masculine sound to be considered feminine, at least for me.

I agree. Sorry, but I don't even find it an attractive name for a boy. When I hear this name, I think of the Braxtom Hicks contractions women get prior to labor.

I don't think so! I only know one Braxton, but he's a boy. (I'm actually in class with him right now)

Sorry but I don't think it could pass as a girl's name :( I don't like it on a boy much less a girl, but it does sound a bit too masculine for a girl.

I could maybe see Braxton as a girls name if they didn't use and x spelling. that makes it look masculine. But i think it could sound feminine. I don't feel the same about Jaxon/Jackson, Paxton, etc.
