In the Bible, there is a girl named Jael (pronounced like jail or Jay-el). Her name is hard to use now-a-days because it sounds like jail which is obviously a bad connotation. I made a varient of it: Jaeli (Jay-lee). I realize she would always have to spell her name for people, but still it is pretty and is biblical. I was thinking maybe Jaeli Hadassah.

Thoughts, combos, suggestions?
Thanks!
Grace

I think Jaeli is really cute!

I think Jaeli Hadassah is a bit of a hyper religious name, but that's just my opinion.

Other Combos:

Jaeli Rhiannon

Jaeli Marissa

Jaeli Nicolette

Jaeli Adelina

Jaeli Madeleine

Jaeli Thalia

FYI, Jael is actually pronounced yay-ell, the J sounding like a Y. It's Hebrew. ;) Another reason it is very hard to use! beautiful name though.

Jaeli is cute :)

I thought it could be pronounced jay-ell but didn't know about the "y" sound. Interesting... thanks girls!

Jael  is actually pronounced yay-ell.  In Hebrew the meaning of the name Jael is: Mountain goat. It’s a beautiful and pretty name.
