At the moment, I've been mentally battling on which I like best <3

I always liked Amelie, it's like Amelia but it seems much sweeter, plus I like the sound.

Then I found Amerie and it's been on my mind. I guess it's almost like a more modern sounding Marie or Amy or something. I dunno, it just sounds nice!

So, I'm thinking Amerie will be added to my list :) plus, ive been liking Emelia a lot recently as well. So I guess Amerie and Emelia will both be on my list :x though I'm thinking their too close :/ ah well <3

So what do you think? Do you like Amelie or Amerie better? ;)

I like Amelie better. I think it sounds more pleasing to the ear than Amerie.

By the way, how do you pronounce Amelie? Do you pronounce it AM-uh-lee or AYM-uh-lee or another way? I've never known, so I just wanted to find out.

I love both, but personally prefer Amelie. [Just due to my heritage. Also, the sound of it is much softer].

I prn. Amelie [AH-meh-lee] just for future reference :)

I prefer Amerie because it's my daughters name! :( I say it AM-mah-ree some ppl say AM-ree or get it mixed up with Ann-Marie but I dont care she knows her name & I love it. She was going to be Amelia but it was too popular & she's deff is an Amerie! :) Amelie is really pretty too. It all depends on the person.
