My first thought was "Uhm... Garth?!" then I thought about it... like Garth Brooks! I like his music, so good association. Though I can't lie that I'm not a fan of the name in general. I agree it'd make a great middle name. 

 

I think you could match it with most of your options above. The only ones I don't like with Garth are Toby and Asa tbh.
