I want to name my first baby Caleb and to my family it sounds really white and they are Mexican so instead of pronouncing it kayleb they say
Cahleb making that ah sound with the a. Also I wanted a Mexican middle name so they can call him that. Or combine my garnparents names of Jose aurelio and Dora Elia to make a middle name . pls comment ideas and thanks !

Joseph is the English version of José or you can use Xosé the Galician version. You can use Pepe as the Spanish nn. Caleb Joseph. Caleb Xosé. Caleb José.
Aurelio comes form the Roman name Aurelius which was derived from Latin aureus "golden, gilded". So you can go with Oriel. It's the French version but its pronounced the same in Spanish as it is in French or close enough to count because of the accent. Caleb Oriel. Caleb Aurelio.
There's no combined form of José and Aurelio that I know of.
Dora is usually the short form of Teodora in Spanish. It's the feminine form of Teodoro (Theodore). You can use Teo as the Spanish nn. Caleb Theodore. Caleb Teodoro.
Elia I imagine is the feminine form of Elías (Elijah). Caleb Elias.
Dorelia is a combined form of Dora & Elia. It's a Greek name meaning gift. Dorelio is the male version of the name. Caleb Dorelio.
