I am looking for a girl's middle name that is symbolic. Our first is Emma Rose and she's always been gifted with rose-embossed items. It has really become her symbol. Can you help us find a symbolic middle name to follow the first name of Sara?

You could go with another flower middle name!

Jasmine

Lilac

Or you could go with gem names:
Ruby
Saphire
Opal
