Love Leo and Leo Robert sounds great. Jacob, Matthew and Oscar are all nice too. Matthew Robert flows well, and Jacob Robert isn't bad, although I think Leo Robert sounds best. Jacob Matthew or Matthew Jacob would make good combinations.

Alfie - too old sounding for me, no offense
Leo - love it, but would love it more as a nickname for something longer
Jacob - too popular, but if you don't mind that then it's fine
Matthew - Love this, even though it is popular. A tried and true classic, & Matt is a great nn.
Cyrus/Syrus - Ditto Alfie
Oscar - okay, but I think of Sesame Street muppet (puppet?) that lived in a garbage can.
Harvey - never really liked it. Not bad, just nms.
I like Matthew Robert. Two strong, classic names together. Leo Robert would be the second best.
