I'm not really a fan of them each having two syllables. I guess it makes it sound a bit sing songy to me.

Yes, I can see Rhys as a nn for Emrys.
I still like Casper Allen Rhys Slaughter. Since it is such a long name, the fact that the S in Rhys runs a tiny bit into the S in Slaughter helps the name not feel so long and disjointed.
When you have longer names, it the order of stressed verses unstressed syllables plays a big role in the overall flow.
Casper Allen Rhys Slaughter sounds like this CASper ALlen RHYS SLAUGHter
Since the stressed syllables RHYS & SLAUGH are side by side they sound more like one stressed syllable rather than being spaced out as two stressed syllables.
Casper Emrys Allen Slaughter sounds like CASper EMrhys ALlen SLAUGHter
Since each stressed syllable is broken up with an unstressed syllable, the overall flow is a bit choppy and disjointed. However, it does eliminate the different syllables running into each other, I just feel like it makes the long name sound even longer.

So, Casper Allen Rhys Slaughter? I like both, but I don't think either flows very well. These are the names we want, it's just difficult to get them in the correct order.
While flow is important, I've always felt that names with special meaning or names used in honor of someone should outweigh the flow.
