My husband and I live in Australia, my husband is from Argentina and his whole family live over there.

We are currently expecting our first child. Not sure if it's a boy or girl yet.

The girl's name we have chosen is 'Valentina Sofîa' (last name also starts with V). and we love that name, it is original for Australia although very popular in latin america right now.

But we cannot think of a boy's name we like, the best we can think of is Leo and Tomás. and Thomas is in the top 10 name in Aus right now.

I really like my husband's name Álvaro (said like Albaro in spanish but still works if said the english way) but he is already a Jnr and doesn't want to make his son a 'Jnr Jnr' haha.

I don't want anything too obviously Spanish – Pedro, Salvadore etc, although nice names are not what i'm feeling.

Any ideas?
