I'm not a huge fan of it however if it has personal meaning it makes it more usable in my eyes. Dare feels more masculine and if you were going to use it as a middle name for a daughter I'd go with a recognizably feminine first name. Overall I prefer Adair as it has the same sounds but feels more complete to me.
Emilia Dare is my favorite of your combos.

I like Dare! It reminds me of Virginia Dare, the first baby born on North America when it was first being settled. Use it if it has important meaning to you

My aunt's name is Lorene Dare...she's 20-something, I think, but Lorene was her aunt's name and Dare was her grandma's name. I've always loved it. I think it's so pretty. Out of your combinations, I like Emilia Dare and Jessalyn Dare.

Emilia/ Eliza Dare get my vote! I think something very feminine and classic works well with Dare which imo is totally usable as a middle name
