Savannah is my favorite!
I also like Lexie, but I would go with Alexis or Alexa, nn Lexie.

I think it always helps to say them with just first and last name.
I do not like the sound of Kelsie, Summer, or Lexie Barnes, and I much prefer Susannah over Savannah.
Amy Barnes sounds very nice, imo.
