I love Astrid and Ambrose (obviously) and have done so since I first heard of the names.
Pax is on my list, my wife brought it up a little while back and I liked it instantly. Kai also rocks.

I like Eden on a girl, not a boy.

Thalia (pronounced TALL-ia)

Thalia is actually prn Thal-iah with the h sound in it
Talia is prn Tall-ia though. i actually love both names which is why i make that distinction because if people know greek histories at all they will prn the h.

Thanks for letting me know. I looked it up and saw it could be pronounced either way, and I like the way without the 'h' better. But I'm glad to know the proper greek way is with the 'h'.

Victoire --I've always had trouble pronouncing French names. I like for a character name (like in Harry Potter) but not in real life...
Astrid--I'd be too afraid this would cause teasing, because it begins with ######
Elsa--I like this name. very simple, but also unique
Seren--very nice. its means star, which i think is cute
Thalia (pronounced TALL-ia)--I've always pronounced it with the 'th' sound, which i like better.
Moira--very nice! i wanted to use this for my baby on the way, but we were too afraid it'd be too close to monica
Maya--I sort of like it. But I would never use it
Coraline--I prefer just Cora
Jensina (pronounced JEN-seena)---it has a certain charm...looks a little to made up for my taste though

Corin--cute. I like it
Ambrose---looks to feminine to me
Pax--the only reason I even sort of like this is because it is Latin for 'peace' (and I'm a Latin nut :]) But i'd never use it
Tavis--cute. I like it better than travis
Jace--eh. i'm not liking it
Eden/Edan (pronounced EH-den)--i think it should be spelled Edden if you don't want to get the pronounciation ee-den. I don't like it, but I like Eden on a girl
Kai--i think this is a cute name. Especially as a nickname for Kyle, though I'd spell it Ky then
Dean--I think its cute. better as as middle name in my opinion
Otis--I agree with Ashleigh. Its a dogs name. I think of Milo and Otis :]

Victoire - I love this. Pronounced Vic-Twar, right?

Seren-Seh-ren or Serene? I like both, actually, bu Im curious now.
Thalia (pronounced TALL-ia)-love it!
Moira-love it
Maya-I may prefer Mia...but I can't help it!
Coraline-Not for me
Jensina (pronounced JEN-seena)-not for me

Corin-no
Ambrose-no
Pax-no
Tavis-I love travis!
Jace-eh
Eden/Edan (pronounced EH-den)-this is a girl name Ee-den
Kai-love this
Dean-it's cute!
Otis-lol, not for me

Haha. I suppose I'll go through the list and give my opinion, Alyssa (:

Victoire--I like how it looks, but not how its pronounced. the french pronouciation sounds too masculine to me, like Victor. I'd much prefer Victoria or Victory.
Astrid--I can't decide if I like this or not. Its ugly and pretty at the same time. And since its an ethnic name (by ethnic I mean a real name that's used in other countries---I think its Scandinavian--Ethnic is the only term I can think to use haha) and not something just plain weird like Apple, I have more of an appreciation for it. Its like I have more respect for an odd name if it has ethnic background or meaning, rather than just something weird or made up. I hope that makes sense.
Elsa--I think this name is cute, probably because I love the names Ella and Ellie. I watched a movie, Born Free (anyone see it?) and a woman in the movie had a lion with this name, and its been growing on me.
Seren--a note to Mia--I don't know how to properly pronounce it, but I've been saying it as "SAIR-en"--sort of like Sarah but with the "en" sound at the end instead of the "ah". I used it for a character name in a story I was writing because I thought the meaning---as Keira pointed out--star was cute, but I did not want to use the name Star.
Thalia (pronounced TALL-ia)--I saw this one in a book I was reading (Percy Jackson and the Olympians) I loved how it looked right away, but was unsure how to pronounce it. It looks like it could be: THAY-lia, TALL-lia, THAH-lia. So I looked it up and saw it could be either TALL-lia or THAH-lia, and I liked TALL-lia better. I also think it would sound neat as TIE-lia, but it would need to be spelled differently than that, maybe like Taelia or Tylia.
Moira--I love this name. I love the way it sounds and I love the Irish feel it has. I would consider using this one
Maya--I like and I don't like it at the same time. I think the best way to descibe how I feel about this name is that I think its lovely on other people, but I would never use it myself.
Coraline--I like how it sounds (I like it better said "CORA-leen" not "CORA-line" It sounds sort of old fashioned, like Emmaline, like it belongs in a Jane Austin novel. I prefer Cora though, especially if I were to use it in real life.
Jensina (pronounced JEN-seena)--this is the name of my cousin's cousin. I think this is how she spells it. It might have another 'n' or 's'. The first time I heard it, I though her first name was Jen and her last name was Sina and they were just calling her by her full name. But her first name is Jensina and that's what she goes by. It has a certain charm, like Keira said, and there's something about it that I like. But I would never use it

Corin--I like. I don't know why. Just do
Ambrose--I have a cousin with this name. But even though he is male, I think that it sounds a bit feminine, especially with the name Rose in it. I think it makes a better middle name.
Pax--haha. Keira and I are both the Latin nuts. I only like this one too because it means peace in latin. I'd never use it though.
Tavis--I know a kid with the name. It always sounds weird when I hear, like there's supposed to be an 'r' but it got left out
Jace--I don't like it on its own. Its fine as a nickname for Jason.
Eden/Edan (pronounced EH-den)--Mia, I know its a girl's name. But there's this kid in my sister's grade with this name, pronounced EH-den. I'm not sure how you spell it. Keira's right. It probably should have another 'd' in it. I think its Jewish, and if that's the case, I like it for the same reasons I like Astrid.
Kai--I think its very cute, especially on a little boy (:
Dean--I like it. Sorta. Its cute but its not. haha i can't decide
Otis--now that I've seen so many people comment that its a dog name, I agree with them. Cute on a dog, but not on a kid

Well, there you go, Alyssa, and anyone else who was interested to know what I thought!
