Tell me what you think of these middle names:

Nicole - Feels very dated & filler.
Marie - Filler - feels bland unless family significance
Ann - Ditto - So many awesome Ann variants though ie. Annelise, Annabel, Anastasia, Annika etc.
Kay - I don't mind this depending on the first name.
Elizabeth - Beautiful. Can feel a bit filler though.
Courtney - 80's dated.
Melissa - 70's dated.

Also, Which combo sounds better:

Melissa Courtney
or
Courtney Melissa - This one has the better flow though I prefer Melissa to Courtney as a fn only because it has nickname potential.

Lily: I would go with Lillian, nn Lily here is a middle name I love with it Lillian Willow
Lindsey: I prefer the spelling Lindsay, Lindsay Domineek (I know I spelled it wrong on purpose)
Autumn: Autumn Juliana
Summer: Summer Margaret
McKenna: McKenna Scarlett
Sidney: I prefer the spelling Sydney, Sydney Alexandra
Emilie: If you want to spell it different I wouldn’t put so many I's in try Emilee or Emylie, Emilie Rose
Halie: Looking at it I am not sure if it is Hailey or Hallie so I will give one that fits both Kathleen
Hannah: Hannah Ainsley
Caitlin/Catelin/Catelyn/Caitlen: Caitlin Amelia
Alysen/Alyson/Alison: Alison Noelle
Alexandra: Alexandra Sloan
Bailey: Bailey Justice

Madison/Madisyn: Madison Faith
Trinity/Trinitie: Trinity Claire
Mariah: Mariah Kay
Maliyah: Maliyah Ambrosia
Kallie: Kallie Alizabeth

Teighlor/Taylor: Taylor Gwyneth

Tell me what you think of these middle names:

Nicole: It only goes with some name but overall it is beautiful and elegant just not my style
Marie: This is common but will never get old it is gorgeous
Ann: I prefer this as a first name since it deserves to be a first name rather than a middle name and put it with an a and you get Anna but I love Ann
Kay: I would use this as a middle name if you couldn’t find any other name to go with it being that it is easy filler
Elizabeth: I prefer Alizabeth unless you plan on saying E-Liz-A-Bith rather than most who say it A-Liz-A-Bith
Courtney: I don’t like this name at all it doesn’t fit very well as a middle name
Melissa: It extravagant

Also, Which combo sounds better:

Melissa Courtney
Or
Courtney Melissa
? Melissa Courtney definitely

As for middle names, I like most all of them! I generally don't like Courtney or Melissa, especially as middle names (bas associations :D ), but they are nice names none the less! They could all be used for any name as a middle name for the most part!

Nicole ~ I like this name a lot! Most feel it's dated, but I like it! I also like Nicola!
Marie ~ I don't mind it, it works really well as a middle name
Ann ~ It's nice <3
Kay ~ I have an odd liking for the name Kay. It just sounds pleasant!
Elizabeth ~ Love!
Courtney ~ Okay
Melissa ~ Okay

Courtney Melissa sounds best to me
