I was talking names with my little sister yesterday, and the name Brooklyn came up. I love it, but I also love just Brooke. Maybe Brooklyn with the nn Brooke? I don't know.

When I hear Brooklyn I think of Brooklyn, New York. On the other hand where I come from we use Brook to refer to a small stream in everyday conversation so really I could never use either one, but since I adore Nature names I prefer it over a place name

I also prefer Brooke but mainly because I prefer it as a middle name and I like shorter middle names
