BOYS:

Eric Phelan
Eric is after Jon's best friend, and Jon was almost named Phelan. Brave ruler, wolf-like.

Robert Ray
Robert is Jon's father, and Ray is my dad's name. I don't usually like repeating letters, but I feel like this name is so meaningful and sounds good as a combination. Famous brilliance, wise protector.

Carl Jonathan
Carl is Jon's grandfather, Jonathan is obviously after Jon. I like the option of the nickname "CJ," though I probably won't use it. Carl's town, gift.

Henry Scott
I've always loved the name Henry, and Scott was inspired by Scotty from Star Trek. I'd probably, on occasion, call him Scotty. Ruler of the household, from Scotland.

Noah Zachary
I think Noah is a very handsome name, and I've always loved the name Zachary. I think Zachary is one of the edgiest classic names. Peaceful, remembered.

Walter James
I love the nickname Walt, and Walter is after the character Walter Bishop from Fringe. James is a great, classic middle name, and I would also consider the nickname Jamie (because I love Jamie for a boy!). Woodsman, supplanter.

Emmett Wolf
I think Emmett is a very handsome name, and Wolf is derived from Phelan (described above). I love this combo and keep coming back to it. Strong, wolf.

Brody Patrick
I think Brody is a very handsome name, and I think Patrick is just the perfect name to go with it. Builder, nobleman.

Boy names without combos: Dawson, Jamie, Avery, Beckett, Tyler, Elias, Jasper, Tobias, Edmund, Samuel, George, Leonard.

GIRLS

Rosemary Lyn
Rosemary is Jon's grandmother, and I love the nickname Rosie. Lyn is the middle name of one of the most influential mentors I've ever had. Rose + sea of bitterness, waterfall.

Willa Bridgette
Willa is after a man named Willys, Bridgette is Jon's sister. Ever since I found the name Willa, I couldn't pair it with anything other than Bridgette. Determined guardian, strong.

Molly Rebecca
I had an American Girl Doll named Molly when I was little, and this name was also inspired by the band Flogging Molly. Rebecca is Jon's mom. Sea of bitterness, bound.

Fiona Terri
I think Fiona is super cute, and Terri is my mother's name. Fair, reaper.

Girl names without combos: Olivia, Violet, Shelley, Jordyn, Niamh, Audra, Jasmine, Daisy, Lorelei, Marilyn, Poet.

I also love:
Beckett Avery
Beckett Elias
Avery Beckett
Elias Beckett
Jasper Avery
Samuel Elias

Violet Audra

Eric Phelan--love it! Such a strong sounding name.

Robert Ray--I like how it honor's both your parents, although it reminds me a lot of Billy Ray Cyrus's character Robbie Ray from Hannah Montana.

Carl Jonathan--I'm not big on either name, but this combo flows very well! I like how it honors Jon and his Grandfather. C.J. is really cute too.

Henry Scott--This is nice. I don't love either name, but overall I think it's very nice. Scotty is adorable. :)

Noah Zachary--Very nice! It flows wonderfully and sounds perfect.

Walter James--This is cute. I personally wouldn't want to use Walter, because it seems very old-fasioned, but overall it's a great combo.

Emmett Wolf--Seems fresh, interesting and cool. I like it, although it seems to differ a lot from your other boy names.

Brody Patrick--Nice. I think it works vey well. Great job on all these neat combos!

Dawson--This seems more like a last name to me, but it's nice. How about: Dawson Patick, Dawson Paul, Dawson James or Dawson Blake?

Jamie--Very nice, I like it a lot! However, I think you should probably use James for the first name, and just call him Jamie. How about: James Patrick, James Connor, James Lucas, James Ryan, Jamie Ryan, Jamie Sawyer, Jamie Ross, or Jamie Blake?

Avery--Not my style at all, but here are some middle name suggestions: Avery Leonard, Avery Paul, Avery Jude, Avery George.

Beckett--Not really my style either, but it's nice. How about: Beckett Jude, Beckett Henry, Beckett Levi, Beckett Sawyer or Beckett James?

Tyler--Love this! Tyler's one of my favorites. How about: Tyler James, Tyler David, Tyler Jude, Tyler Scott, Tyler Ryan or Tyler Chase?

Elias--Ummm...not really my style, but it's a good change from Eli or Elijah. How about: Elias Reid, Elias Ross, Elias Daniel or Elias Drake?

Jasper--Jasper's nice, but kind of animal-ish or Twilighty to me. How about: Jasper Scott, Jasper Ryan, Jasper Henry or Jasper Luke?

Tobias--This is neat. How about: Tobias Chase, Tobias Ryan, Tobias Reid, Tobias Henry or Tobias Jack?

Edmund--Love this because or Narnia. However, I'm not a big fan or Eddy or Ed. How about: Edmund Sawyer, Edmund Scott, Edmund Henry, Edmund Daniel or Edmund Jace?

Samuel--Love Samuel! It's a very great name. How about: Samuel Thomas, Samuel Matthew, Samuel David, Samuel Chase, Samuel Henry or Samuel Ryan?

George--George is nice, although pretty old-fashioned. How about: George William, George Ryan, George Henry, George Sawyer, George Thomas or George Matthias?

Leonard--Don't really like at all, but it could work if it was honoring a family member. How about: Leonard Stephen, Leonard William, Leonard Peter, Leonard Samuel, Leonard Paul or Leonard Drake?

Rosemary Lyn--Very cute! I like it. Rosemary is adorable and Lyn flows quite well with it. I love the nick-name Rosie too!

Willa Bridgette--What a perfect combo! I love it, especially Bridgette. Very nice!

Molly Rebecca--Adorable! I had the American Girl Doll Molly too (still do, actually). Molly Rebecca is a very nice combo!

Fiona Terri--Nice, I like it. Very surprising, but pleasing as well. I love how you're honoring your Mother with this.

Olivia--Olivia's nice, although getting really popular. How about: Olivia Grace, Olivia Joy, Olivia Brooke or Olivia Lyn?

Violet--I love this! Violet is a beautiful name, and I think it'd go good with: Jane, Grace, Skye, Reign, Joy, Paige and Sage.

Shelley--Shelley's cute, but not really my style. How about: Shelley Nicole, Shelley Grace, Shelley Brooke or Shelley Marie?

Jordyn--Jordyn's very nice. I like it. How about: Jordyn Grace, Jordyn Nicole, Jordyn Rose or Jordyn Reign?

Niamh--This isn't really my style, but it's pretty. How about: Niamh Rose, Niamh Jane, Niamh Grace or Niamh Reign?

Audra--Very interesting. Seems to be a nice twist on Audrey. Anyways, how about: Audra Skye, Audra Grace or Audra Marie?

Jasmine--Jasmine's very cute, I like it. How about: Jasmine Hope, Jasmine Faith, Jasmine Marie, Jasmine Grace or Jasmine Marie? (Also, I like Jasmine Audra Marie would be cute)

Daisy--Daisy is very nice. Cute, sweet and pretty. Daisy Joy, Daisy Louise, Daisy Rose, Daisy Brooke or Daisy Sheridan?

Lorelei, Marilyn & Poet---None of these are really my style, but they're all pretty. Lorelei is pretty, and I like the nick-name Lori. Marilyn is nice, but I don't like it very much...the only one I really wouldn't recommend would be Poet. Middle name ideas: Lorelei Rose, Lorelei Skye, Lorelei Grace, Lorelei May, Marilyn Joy, Marilyn Rose, Marilyn Kay, Marilyn Grace, Poet Evangeline, Poet Sheridan, Poet Niamh and Poet Elizabeth.

Best of luck to you! You have some great names! GOOD LUCK! :)
