Rosemary Isla Scout "Scout" - I'm not really a fan of Isla or Scout, but I think this combo flows nicely and I think Scout is a cute nickname based off of the middle.
Eleanor Senna Grey "Nora" - I much prefer Grey, spelled Gray, on a boy, but there's something charming about this combo. I adore Eleanor and Nora is an adorable nickname. Again, this flows really well.
Temperance Hazel Jane - I like this one a lot, all three names are pretty and graceful. My only thing is I'm trying to picture a little girl named Temperance, and it's definitely a mouthful but doesn't really lend itself to good nicknames.
India Charlotte Ruth "Indie" - I'm iffy on India, but I love Charlotte and Ruth finishes the combo off nicely. Indie is a cute nickname.
Eloise Ingrid Lark - I love love love Lark and how this flows. I'm drawn to Ingrid lately and though I'm iffy on Eloise it does go nicely with the other two names.
Anna Jillian Fable "Anna-Fable" - I actually think Fable is okay but I prefer it for a boy. I really like this combo, but I feel like Anna-Fable is a bit awkward to be calling her regularly.

Fable Beatrice - I can't see Fable as a first, so something would have to go before them. I'm having trouble pairing any of your singles with it, though.
Nahla Beatrice - I'm not a fan of Nahla at all, but this could be a cute combo. From your singles, the only one that flows to me would be Nahla Beatrice Poem.
Boheme Elise - Not a fan of Boheme either, and I'm not entirely sure how to pronounce it. I adore elise though. Mercy Boheme Elise would be lovely.
Evangeline Halle - I assume you're pronouncing it Hallie, like Halle Berry? I love Evangeline and am neutral on Halle. Suggestions: Evangeline Halle Salome, Evangeline Halle Sonnet.
Evangeline Spencer - I just can't see Spencer on a girl, but as I said, I love Evangeline. Evangeline Spencer Isabella/Gabriella would make it more girly, but it's a bit of a mouthful with three long names. Evangeline Spencer Juneau or Evangeline Spencer Poem flow a bit nicer.
Naomi Caroline - I've never liked Naomi (it's another one that's a bit clumsy to pronounce) but Caroline is nice and they flow well together.

Reverie - Not a fan, I'm not big on most word names.
Juneau** - This one is really intriguing, and I definitely have a fondness for June names.
Mercy - I adore Mercy! It's so pretty and thankfully not super common.
Salome - I feel awkward pronouncing this one, but I'm not really a fan.
Nahla** - As mentioned above, it's really not my style.
Isabella** - It's super super super common but still pretty, I could see is as a nice middle.
Poem** - Can't see it as a name, but it does flow nice with some of your combos as a second middle.
Sonnet* - This one is a bit closer to name territory than Poem to me.
Gabriella* - I prefer this one over Isabella just because it's a bit less popular.
Juliet** - I adore this name! It would be gorgeous as either a first or a middle.
Selah - I think it's kind of pretty. I definitely don't not like it.
