I have never even thought of it as a name before, just a street (Desparate Houswives lol), but I really like it and I adore Wisteria Rose
I'm the same way. I'd never thought of it as a name before either, just a street.
And I also adore Wisteria Rose, but I don't want to use it because I already have an Autumn Rose on my list and don't want to change it. Nothing else seems to be as good though.
I do like Wisteria Anne and Wisteria Ever, but I'm not 100% on them yet.

Okay, so my mom is reading this book, and one of the characters is named Wisteria Rose with the nn Wist ... and I think I prefer the nn Teari (pron. TEER-ee).
I think I prefer the nn Wist
I think its VERY pretty and def. up your alley ...
I think Wisteria needs a classical middle name to off set its eccentricity. Maybe...
Wisteria Violet (another flower)
Wisteria Charlotte
Wisteria Adelaide
Wisteria Jane
Wisteria Alice
Wisteria Molly
Wisteria Lorraine
Wisteria Laurent/Laurel
Wisteria Florence
Wisteria Shelley
Wisteria Merle
Wisteria Geneveive
Wisteria Madeleine/Madeline
Wisteria Meredith
Wisteria Rhiannon
Wisteria Winifred

Here are the ones I like from your list, Katie:
Wisteria Violet - I like the two flowers theme
Wisteria Charlotte
Wisteria Jane
Wisteria Lorraine
Wisteria Laurel
Wisteria Florence
Wisteria Merle - I don't know about this one. I really like how it flows, maybe because it's only one syllable...
I also still like:
Wisteria Anne
Wisteria Ever
EDIT: What about Wisteria Pearl instead of Wisteria Merle?

I agree Wisteria Rose is just too much, to stack 2 floral names on top of each other like that.
Before you corrected yourself, I was going to say I think Wisty would be my nickname of choice.
I think a flowery, over-the-top name like Wisteria is best paired with a middle name that's strong yet feminine, like Wisteria Pearl, Wisteria Emma, Wisteria Ruby, Wisteria Kate....
