We really like the name Elena, pronounced eleena, or enya. Preferences between the two? Middle name is most likely Karissma

I like Elena, but I pronounce it el-AY-na; I'm not so keen on the el-EE-na pronunciation.

I think Enya Karissma flows better than Elena Karrisma.

To be honest, at first I wasn’t crazy about Elena being pronounced Eleena until Barbie spelled it Elina. This spelling makes more sense to me and still looks nice. I think more people would pronounce it correctly with this spelling.

To answer your question, I prefer Elena to Enya. (Most likely because I have such a strong association with Enya the singer.)

If you were looking for another pronunciation of Elena, I know a girl with this name who pronounces it Elle-en-ah.
