Please help! My husband and I are expecting our first baby in 3 months.

We want a name that is logical to pronounce and spell in both Spanish and English as my husband is from Argentina and I am Australian (We live in Aus).

Something not in the top ten names but nothing too strange either.

The best we can think of is 'Leo Tomas' but Tomas/Thomas is very very common in both languages. And my husband is not so keen on Leo. We tend to like short strong names for boys.

We don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet, it's a surprise. We have chosen the girl's name 'Valentina Sofia' but we are completely stuck for a boys name.

Any ideas would be really appreciated.

Thanks MissJay, I really like Arlo. I'd never heard it before yet it sounds familiar (which is good). I will run it by my husband.

I think Arlo is a great name that would suit your needs.  Hope he likes it!
