Do these names all seem to fit well? I'd love to use them in some combination but I want them to go together.

Isaac Gawain
Simon Erasmus/Simon Henry (I feel like Erasmus fits better but Henry is easier to wear)
Henry Caradoc

Blaire Hyacinth (Martin's favorite but does it fit?)
Josephine Blaire (don't know which I would rather use)
Helena Bethan

I think just about all of your names work really well together both style wise and sound.  Boys Isaac, Simon & Henry all fit and the middles Gawain, Erasmus & Caradoc all have a similar uncommon feel.

Of your girls, Blaire, Josephine & Helena also work really well with each other, and with your boy names.  Although Josephine Blaire is lovely, the more common middle name is the only one that is a tad different style wise.  I'm also not too sure of the combination Helena Bethan.

Thanks Katie! I haven't been able to find anything I truly love for Helena even though I love the name. Isolde and Odessa are gorgeous.

I used Blaire Josephine for one of my twins. Lovely combo either way.

I agree with Katie that the feel of the names all match very well.

Personally, I would do:

Isaac Gawain
Simon Erasmus
Henry Caradoc

Blaire Hyacinth
Josephine Odessa
Helena Bethan or Helena Isolde? (since you mentioned you liked both of these)

Good luck!

I like Helena Isolde. Now to convince Martin.

Isaac, Simon, Henry, Josephine, and Helena all have a lovely, classic feel. Outstanding sibset! Although I love Blaire, I feel it sticks out too much in this set. Too tomboy/unisex and modern compared to the others.

I agree with your comment about Simon... Simon Erasmus sounds nice, but Simon Henry is much more useable/wearable.

I like Blaire Hyacinth over Josephine Blaire.  I don't think Blaire clashes with these names at all.  I could see a sibset of Simon, Henry, & Blaire, or Isaac, Simon, Blaire, & Helena.  I think all your names complement each other well.
