Hi! I'm writing a story about students at a prestigious ballet schoool. Anything that has '---' means I have no ideas! A question mark in brackets after a name means I'm not entirely sure. Of course, suggestions and comments are welcome on anything and everything I've posted! There are two characters that have families heavily involved in the storyline - who are currently nameless. Please help anywhere and everywhere you can!

GIRLS

Corynne --- Nichol (?): 18yrs old, star of the ballet school, teacher's pet, curly chocolate brown hair, porcelain skin, big sapphire blue eyes, anorexic, pretends her world is perfect when it's crashing down around her, eventually hospitalized
Father: wealthy surgeon, travels when not working, rarely at home, having an affair with 25yr old nurse
Mother: extremely pushy stage mother; expects perfection from both her daughters; puts a lot of pressure on corynne; never satisfied with anything her daugthers accomplishes; verbally abusive
Older Sister: 21yrs old, dance/art history major at columbia, graduated from the same dance school that corynne now attends

Story --- Davenport (?): 17yrs old, innocent and naive, blonde hair with pale grey eyes, doesn't understand the world, is assaulted while jogging at night by a male dancer in the company (covered by up the school and company)

Alessandra Lucia Marino - nn: Alessia: 17yrs old, Italian exchange student, pretty dark hair and eyes, a bit of a party girl, uses cocaine and is addicted to smoking

--- --- Smythe: 16yrs old, narrator, idolises Corynne, not as innocent as Story, but underestimates the level that other girls will go to in order to succeed in the ballet world, hardworking but not very talented

--- --- Windsor-Menard: 17yrs old, a mean girl at the school, uses cocaine, parties often on the weekends

--- --- Byrd: 16yrs old, roommate to Smythe, sweet and intelligent dancer, tiny but passionate and powerful

--- --- Pierce: 18yrs old, party girl, mean girl, uses cocaine, rumoured to be sleeping around. is kicked out of the school, and then goes to a high-profile reporter and tells him about the 'dark side' of the ballet school; drugs, eating disorders, Story's assault. the article in a famous magazine is six-pages long and incredibly scandalous. corynne is hospitalized as part of the backlash on the school after the article comes out. PIERCE doesn't hesitate to name names of students, company dancers, teachers, administrtation. accuses the school of promoting the perfect ballet body at all costs and of psychological abuse.

1.) I originally debated spelling it Corrine, but I was inspired by Corynne on So You Think You Can Dance Canada, and just fell in love with the y and double n at first sight.
2.) Funnily enough, I was actually thinking of Schuyler for the Pierce girl - spelt exactly like that too! I guess that's a sign that my original thought was a good one!

Rosie&Scott:
1.) I love Corynne Allegra - the play on Allegro is really clever! Same with the middle name Demi for the sister!
