Boys:

Blaise/Blaze

Caden (but don't mind it on a girl)

Cameron (but again I don't mind it on a girl)

Carson

Easton

Finlay (Love this name equally for either gender, but I like this spelling for a boy)
Galen (Boy, funny thing is my own name comes from this, but I prefer Galen on a boy as it originally is a boy's)

Hayden

Hollis

Justice

Micah (Another name I love for either gender, my girl cousin is Micah, but I find the name very appealing for a boy still)

Orion

Paxton

Zane (all boy to me, love this name and hope I can use it for a son as a middle)

Girls:

Addison
Amery / Emery
Avery
Bellamy
Dakota
Delaney
Devin (prefer Devyn though)
Drew
Emerson (don't mind it for a boy though)
Everley / Everly (100% girl for me <3 I love this name and hope to use it for a future daughter)
Finley (Love for either, prefer this spelling for a girl)
Hadley
Harper (don't mind it on a boy though)
Jaden / Jayden
Jamie (but I think it works great on a boy)
Jordan
Journey
Kia
Kennedy
Kona
Lane / Laynie
Linden

Micah (I like this one on a boy as well)
Morgan
Parker (one I like for either, but prefer on a girl)
Payton / Peyton
Presley
Quinn
Reese (but I don't mind it on a boy)
Riley
Rowan
Ryan/Ryann
Tyler (I know both as well, but much prefer it on a girl)
Waverly

I think...

Addison - girl
Amery / Emery - boy
Avery - girl
Bellamy / Bellamie - girl
Blaise / Blaze - boy
Caden / Kaden - boy
Cameron / Camryn - Cameron works for both but Camryn I would think it is a girl
Carson / Karsen - boy
Dakota - girl
Delaney / Delani - girl
Devin / Deven - boy
Drew - boy
Easton - boy
Emerson - boy
Everley / Everly - girl
Finley - boy
Galen - boy
Hadley - girl
Harper - girl
Hayden - both genders
Hollis - girl
Jaden / Jayden - boy
Jamie - boy
Jordan - both genders
Journey - girl
Justice / Justus - Justice works for both genders but I think Justus is a masculine name
Kia - girl
Kennedy - both genders
Kona - I'm shocked to see this on a list! If you switched the K for a C, you would write an offensive word in my maternal language, so I would never consider it an appropriate name.
Lane / Laynie - both genders
Linden - girl
Micah / Mika - boy
Morgan - both genders
Orion - boy
Parker - both genders
Paxton - boy
Payton / Peyton - boy
Presley - boy
Quinn - girl
Reese - girl
Riley - girl
Rowan - boy (it works for both genders, but the I would use it on a boy)
Ryan / Rhyan - boy
Tyler - boy
Waverly - both genders
Zane - boy
