I'm seriously stuck on this name right now.

If this baby is a girl (which according to a chinese gender chart and an old wives tale involving a needle and a string, it is) I would love to name her Arianna/Ariana Danielle

Any thoughts on it? Like or Dislike?

Also, which spelling looks better, I love both

Arianna/Ariana Danielle is beautiful! :D

I personally prefer how Ariana looks, saying Ah-ree-ah-na. Cause I always say Arianna like ah-ree-Ann-ah, stress on the Ann :)

Hope this helps! :D

I pronounce it Ah-ree-ah-na either way.

ah-ree-Ann-ah sounds weird to me, i dont know why tho.

I'm leaning towards Ariana Danielle because its less popular with one N

I agree, now if Nathan would get over Rylan I would be doing good.

I think I'll just name this baby whatever i want and he can get over it, JK (kinda)

Aria us adorable, but not very nick name like lol. Very much like a full name :) ari I'd cute as well <3

Well, it can't hurt to maybe compromise and use it as a middle name <3 Ariana Rylan, or Ariana Danielle Rylan, unless that doesnt work with the last name... Maybe even Ariana Daniella Rylan... Just a thought :D

Haha! I'm sure you two will eventually agree on something <3 I can imagine it would grow on him, but yeah.... <3 lol!

I love Arianna! Spelt with 2 n's.
I'm going to name my daugter Arianna Brooke if she doesnt look like an Aubrey.

Arianna/Ariana Danielle is really cute & I love Aria for a nickname.
I like Hayden's suggestion of Arianna/Ariana Rylan too, thats cute!

I like Ariana Danielle best.
I agree with you that the one 'N' is less popular and it looks really classy! :D

Gorgeous name BTW!

For some god unknown reason Nathan hates Ariana and refuses to budge from Rylan/Riley/Natalia.
If push comes to shove and it is a girl and I still really REALLY want to name her Ariana he may get the whole "When you push something the size of a watermelon out of the something the size of a pea YOU can name it whatever you want!" speech. Although if I do that her middle name will be Rylan.

Hmm compromise?

If you use Ariana Rylan, then she will go by Ariana most of the time.. :)
Otherwise maybe try and find two names you both agree on.

Thank you :)
I think we are kinda set on Ariana Danielle, for now at least. I love it and our boys name. :)
But I think its a girl (as do all the old wives tales ;))

If you say it with the stress on the ANN, I'd use two n's (Arianna)
but if you say it w/out that, or you like a more exotic look, Ariana.
I personally prefer one n because I went to school with an Ariana from Yugoslavia who was Albanian, and she was such a great kid.
