It's definitely an interesting name and definitely not my style. To be honest, I don't really like it, but it's not a bad name. I like the nn Raph though and think it would be cute to call him Riph Raph. If I was like his aunt or something, I would definitely be calling him Riph Raph in all honesty.

I adore Raphael! I think it works best as a middle name, eg Gavin Raphael, but even as a first it is very charming! My favorite nickname is Rafe.

I completely adore Raphael, I find it so handsome! It's on my list with the middle name Noah, although I do like it as a middle name as well.

I think its a name I'd like on someone elses kiddo 
It doesn't really fit my style, I can't see myself using it. But I can see a handsome little man named Raphael
