We are due in about a month with our first boy and we're still completely sick on names. Our families are pushing for super traditional names so they're not really being very helpful with our final choices. Input is greatly appreciated!

Lennox Forrest- It's ok, not a great pick to me but its suitable. not to crazy or anything
Forrest Quinlan- Not a fan, Forrest is ok but Quinlan.....I can't see it on an adult
Declan Forrest- A nice mix of styles, Not crazy or anything.
Rowan Forrest- Since Rowan is a type of tree, pairing it with Forrest is a bit over the top.


Of your choices Declan Forrest is my top, closely followed by Lennox Forrest

I think the name Rowan is awesome! Goes well with Lilly. Hey, if you don't like traditional names, when it comes down to it, it's your baby. Not your families!

I like Declan Forest & Rowan Forest. But out of the two I'd have to say Declan Forest sounds the best. Good Luck!

Rowan is by far my favorite with big sister Lilly. However, I agree with previous poster that Rowan Forrest is a bit much. What about Rowan Lennox or maybe use something more traditional in the middle name spot that your family will approve of. Good Luck!

Thank you for the feedback! I should have mentioned that Forrest is a family name on my husband's side and Quinlan is a family name on my side. We were trying to incorporate them as middle names but it's proving to be tough.

I like Forrest Quinlan. If you don't like the combination, could you shorten Quinlan to Quin? Name the little one Forrest Quin?

Btw - I love the name Quinlan (Quin) - it's my 5-year-old's name.

My favorite is Declan Forrest. I like Rowan too but not paired with Forrest.

Rowan and Lily sound like great sibling names. Forrest and Lily sounds too outdoorsy for my taste.
