My fiance and I are having a toss up between these two names. We like both of them but oppositely.. haha.. His pick is Finley (Finn) James and mine is Maddox James. Our two other sons are Ryder and Levi. What's your opinion?

I think both names go great with your other boys names. Of the two I prefer Finley "Finn"
Side note: In Disney's Tangled one of the main character's goes by Finn Ryder, but I don't think that's an issue just something that pops in my head...kind of like how Ryder is a line of Levi jeans 
No biggie.

I would have to choose the road not taken (sorry, I'm a nerd) and go with Maddox James. Although, Finley sounds great, too. Maybe compromise: Finley Maddox?
