I can't decide what to name my next character for my book. I like both Poppy and Parker. I need help!
The girl I'm writing about is strong-willed and stubborn and can do well on her own. Looks like Lauren Conrad. The book is a murder mystery drama.
Please help! Other suggestions are welcomed!
Poppy or Parker?

I have to agree with Jay as well real-life wise, but I could imagine warming up to the name Parker if it was the name of a fictional character. Poppy seems sort of little-kid-ish to me.
Also, if you like a boyish name for her, I would suggest Drew. It means 'courageous' in Ancient Greek and was actually used commonly for girls at one point ^^
