Greetings all!
First, thanks. Seriously. People laugh when you tell them you're stressing about naming a kid, but it's IMPORTANT STUFF!
Ok.
We've already got two boys, expecting our third in October. Big brothers are named Victor James and David Joseph. Calvin seems to be the first name we're settled on, now we just have to get to work on that middle...
It does need to be a J, to match the 'naming thing' we started with the first two. BUT- there are lots of restrictions. No ending in n, like the first name, or l, the start of our last name. Otherwise he'd be Cal Jonathan or Cal Joel and it'd be done
James and Joseph are already taken (obviously) so no repeats.
We're fairly traditional people, so we'd like it to be a classic name with classic spelling. Bonus points for biblical origins!
Recently I found the name 'Jedrek' and really liked that, mainly appreciating the hard K at the end, matching the starting sound of Calvin...
I really am being picky.
Thanks for any and all help, community. You're great. xox
