Nevada Lydia Reyna [9] is the oldest sister of Sydney and Vienna, and daughter of Dakota . She is absolutely in love with Horses. She mounted her first horse at age four and has been riding since. at age seven she won her first horseback riding festival and at age eight she won a regional state award for young riders. She is now prepping to enter the Fiesta Rose Riding Bowl which is a day after her tenth birthday.The horse in the picture was her Easter gift when she was six. the horse's name is Daisy May.

Elizabeth "Liz" Anna Pollock (9) is Nevada(or "Neva," as she calls her)'s best friend. Liz is a quiet, shy girl, and whenever she comes to the Reynas' ranch to ride, she does it bareback, as that's how she taught herself with a stray horse she found when she was six. Nevada's mother often asked her if Nevada could play there for a change, but she always just shook her head. One day, Liz came to the Reynas' with a black eye and finally told them that her father made her do hard labor and often hit her if she took a break. Liz has been staying at their house for almost a month now, using the clothes that are too small for Nevada (she's quite small for her age. Even some of Sydney's things fit her.). She hopes that she gets to stay with the Reynas until she's eighteen, or at least fifteen or sixteen, so she can support herself. Liz is used to abandonment and betrayal, though, as her mother walked out on her father and five older brothers just months after she was born.

Jonathan "Jon" Miles Pollock [13] is the second youngest in the family. He is the youngest brother, but older brother to Liz. He has four older brothers. Jon is very protective of his only sister and has often pushed his way into a fight with his father for hitting his sister. He usually signs up for afterschool clubs, and sports, and school plays in order to avoid time at home.

Natalie Jennifer Connell (36) is Jon Pollock's drama teacher. Natalie sees the joy she brings to all of the kids at the middle school where she teaches and loves being a part of what makes school worthwhile to them. Natalie puts on full-scale plays every year and is very selective about the cast. Jon has been in all of them since he was a sixth grader. Natalie loves his talent and charisma. She notices how sad and beat-up he looks, and she has let him stay the night at her house a lot. Natalie is married to the man of her dreams and has a six-year-old daughter, who actually happens to be friends with Sydney Reyna.

Clementine "Emme" Natalie Connell [6] is the daughter of Mrs. Connell the drama teacher at a local middle school. Clementine is very close friends with the Reyna sisters, especially Sydney. She loves petting the horses and running around the ranch with them but is terrified of actually riding a horse. She is an only child but is asking for a baby sister or brother all the time.

Nicola 'Nikki' Marianne Whitman (32) is the aunt of Clementine, and younger sister of Natalie. Nikki is also a teacher at the local middle school, she teaches maths. She adores her job, and has known she wanted to be a teacher since she was seven years old. She chose maths because she finds it interesting, and loves how it is the same in every language. She recently married her partner of eleven years; they have three children together, the oldest being five and the youngest being one. Nikki hopes to have at least one more baby in a few years time, and has been talking to her husband about adoption as well, which he is open to.

 

Oliver James Whitman (1) is the youngest child of Nikki and her husband, the nephew of Natalie Connell, and the cousin of Clementine. Oliver is a happy baby, he loves to smile and laugh, and his older siblings like playing with him. He's cutting a new tooth at the moment, and has been a bit grumpy the past few days, but will be back to his happy self very soon.

Phoebe Katherine Whitman (5) is Nikki's oldest child and Oliver's older sister. Phoebe is the only natural blonde in her family, and she loves it. Everyone always complements her hair and asks her mommy where it came from. Her daddy's mom's dad was Swedish and very blonde, so maybe that's where it came from. Phoebe is very outgoing and hates sitting still for long. She's never sat through an entire TV program without whining or getting antsy in her life. Phoebe loves picking out her own clothes and, though some choices are questionable, she has quite the sense of style. Phoebe often gets into her mother's makeup bag and applies some with her friends. She is very popular, as popular as "popular" gets in kindergarten. She has lots of friends, including boys, though some of her friends say her very best guy friend has the worst cooties in the class, and it makes her very sad.

Simon Ezra Whitman [3] is the middle child of Nicola, and brother to Phoebe and Oliver. He is sponataneous and very mischevious. He does mot of his mischief in silence and loves bugs and to plant them as a joke around the house, on sister's pillow and his mother's shoes. Simon does not talk much but has an award winning grin.

Rosalind Fae Tanbrook (4 mos.) is the cousin of Phoebe, Simon, and Oliver, and niece via marriage of Nikki (her mother is Nikki's sister-in-law). Rosalind is the youngest of seven children, her oldest sibling being 13 and her youngest sibling being 2. She was unplanned but is very much loved by the whole family. She is a cheery, giggly baby, and loves to be held by everyone.

Felicity Jane Tanbrook [32] is the mother of Rosalind and other six children from ages 2-13. She is a proud stay at home mom and does a lot of scrapbooking. she has a book for each child she updates often. She also started a community scrapbook club for stay at home moms. She married her high school sweetheart, and even though Rosalind was not planned she loves her no less than the other kids.

Benjamin Scott Tanbrook "Ben" [13] is the oldest of the seven Tanbrook children, the son of Felicity and her husband. Ben's parents were very young when he was born and he wasn't planned, but he has always received a lot of love from his mother and father. As the oldest child in such a large family, Ben has developed a very responsible nature and is very protective of his younger siblings. Ben's favorite subject in school is science, and he wants to be a doctor when he gets older.

Veronica 'Nica' Hazel Tanbrook [7] is the younger sister of Ben, and older sister of Rosalind, and is the fourth child in the family out of seven. Nica is a very curious soul, who loves to take circuitous routes home, or walk through the wash. She has a hard time focusing on one thing, and is often daydreaming and in her own little world most of the time. She has a peaked interest in science ever since Ben showed her what happens when mentos are put in a soda. She is fascinated by the world, and loves to go barefoot.

Nathan Oliver Tanbrook [9] is the third Tanbrook child. He is the younger brother of Ben and another sibling, and the older brother of Nica, Rosalind, and two other siblings. Nathan is a bright child, and is always asking questions. He likes playing outside with his sister Nica. He is more interested in history than science, and he often pretends he is a Civil War soldier or a World War II era spy.

Marguerite Evelyn "Maggie" Tanbrook {4} is the younger sister of Ben, Nathan, Nica, and another sibling, big sister to Rosalind and a 2 year old. She's quiet and shy, but loves people. She especially looks up to her older siblings, particularly Nica. She's a homebody, she likes to snuggle up with mom and watch movies or help bake something in the kitchen, or sit in daddy's lap while he works on the computer.

Rebecca Audrey Tanbrook "Becca" [11] is the second oldest of the Tanbrook children, younger sister to Ben and older sister to Nathan, Nica, Maggie, Rosalind, and a two-year-old sibling. Becca is generally a good big sister, but she sometimes wishes that she had some more alone time. Becca loves to read and make up stories, and sometimes she and Nica come up with elaborate tales about their fantasy world, which they've named Hazelwood.

Alexander Tristan "Alex" Tanbrook {2} is the younger brother of Ben, Becca, Nathan, Nica, and Maggie, older brother to Rosalind. He loves all things sports, just like his uncle from his dads' side. He wants to be exactly like that uncle when he grows up. Alex can always be found playing with balls of some sort in the yard when he's supposed to be inside eating dinner or taking a bath. He always ends up covered in mud and he has holes in every pair of his jeans.

Jonathan 'Jon' Gale Tanbrook [21] is the uncle of Alex, Rosalind, Ben, Becca, Nathan, Nica and Maggie via their dad. Jon is the youngest in a family of five brothers. He is also the most athletic but his forte is on the baseball field. He got a full ride scholarship to play ball at the university, and hopes to make it national. He loves his nieces and nephews, and always takes them to baseball games.

Maelle Joy Bonaparte {20} is the girlfriend of Jon. She loves how close Jon is with his nieces and nephews, especially Alex. Often, she finds herself sitting in the stands watching with the Tanbrook kids while Jon is on the field playing. Maelle is in university studying business and entrepreneurship. She eventually wants to open her own chain of bakeries. She has an interest in baking, but isn't so good at herself, so she's sticking to the business side of things where she florishes and leaving the baking part to her best friend. They first had the idea when they met on their freshman year of University, and now it is turning into a plan!

Cassandra Paige Morgan "Cassie" [21] is Maelle's best friend. She has loved cooking and baking since she was a small child, and is currently studying culinary arts at university. Cassie can make the most delicious meals with any ingredients, and her friends like to challenge her by making her whip something up with strange ingredients that really shouldn't go well together. Everything Cassie makes always tastes delicious. Her favorite things to make are cakes and cookies. After she and Maelle graduate, they plan to open a bakery together, with Maelle handling the business side of things and Cassie doing all the baking.

Seth Richard Van Eversley {23} is the boyfriend of Cassie Morgan. He is a really fun-loving, laid back guy. He graduated from the University that Cassie, Jon Tanbrook, and Maelle Bonaparte go to with a degree in history and political science. He is now in law school and working part time as a paralegal. He plans on proposing to Cassie as soon as she graduates. He fully supports her and Maelle's plan to open a bakery. He jokes that Cassie is plotting to fatten him up with all the delicious things she bakes for him. Seth loves soccer, but stopped playing now that he has graduated. He coaches for several teams of little kids in his free time, he hopes one day he can be a father. Seth's family, the Van Eversley's, are very well off. His dad is a lawyer and he expected Seth to follow in his path, but Seth didn't mind as that was his intention anyways. His older brother, though, had other plans of being a teacher and his father didn't take that too well. Aside from the older brother, Seth has one other sibling; a little sister.
