Considering an ethnic name MIO (pronounced me-oh) for a baby girl.
Like it? Love it? Eh? Hate it? is it suitable for a girl?

I think Mio is very suitable for an english speaking baby girl. It is similar enough to Mia that the pronunciation would be easily recognized and also doesn't seem to out there for a girl.
If I am remembering correctly there is a female character in the movie Sin City named Mio. (Just looked it up, her name was Miho but pron. about the same).
