Hi everybody! I've recently fallen in love with a few of these names and I would love to hear what you think of them. If you all deem them too outrageous I might just have to write a story just for them. :)

Persephone nn. Percy
Cassiopeia nn. Cassie
Altagracia nn. Grace
Florence nn. Flora

Persephone nn. Percy-- Love! but the mythological connotation isnt fantastic. Also love the nn Perri, but kids might call her Phony.
Cassiopeia nn. Cassie- Gorgeous. I would say it pay-uh, not pee-uh, for obvious reasons :)
Altagracia nn. Grace-- I love this one too! as a semi-fluent spanish speaker, I am ALWAYS drawn to these kinds of names. But since I am white, unless I married someone who was Latino or Spanish, It would be really weard If i named my children Rafaela, Hector, and Amidia. They could translate, but all the same. Anyway, this has such a high-class flavor. Its likr Spain's Anastasia
Florence nn. Flora- I love this. (addind off of my love for spanish, I also really like Florencia and Florentina) Florence is making a comeback. Anything to do with the huge hit of Florence & The Machine's Lungs I wonder? (or is that just a hit in my area, and not anyone elses?)

Persephone nn. Percy - Not my style
Cassiopeia nn. Cassie - It's definitely out there, but I like the nn. Cassie.
Altagracia nn. Grace - I LOVE the name Gracia :) This is a bit too much for me, though.
Florence nn. Flora - It's okay, though not my style.

Persephone nn. Percy - This one has always secretly been a favorite of mine.

Cassiopeia nn. Cassie - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!!

Altagracia nn. Grace - I like the Gracia part, but not a big fan of the whole thing.

Florence nn. Flora - I don't really think this one is out there at all. Like Mariel said, it's making a comeback.

All four names are beautiful, and I think they would make great names for characters in a story!

Persephone nn. Percy- I can see how it's cute, and I can maybe see it as a middle name! Ella Persephone? But otherwise it's not a name I can see aging well

Cassiopeia nn Cassie- it is pretty cute! I actually kind of love it! Not sure why, but it sounds like a great name! And I think it may age well... And it has little teasing potential. A little kid might find the peia part to be funny, but yeah

Altagracia- it could make a nice middle name though I don't care for it. Gracia could be a really cute name, or
Agracia, but the entire thing seems like too much I guess.

Florence nn Flora- cute! It's a perfectly normal name, not like it's unheard of :P I know a girl who used the name Emma Florence and I thought it was darling!

Though I would never have the guts to use these names...I DO like all of them. Persephone nn Percy would have to be my favorite.
