I agree, Italian names are easier for the broader public to pronounce than irish names, so i would make the fn's italian, and the mn's Irish.

And i also agree with Nadia, most of the Italian names posted do seem old fashioned, so how about:

Angelo, Antonio, Carmelo, Carlo, Davide, Emanuele, Gino, Luca, Matteo, Nico, Piero, Raul, Raffaele, Rocco, Teo, Leonardo

Dylan Gianni and Bryan Vincent ??? Two names of each hertiage that popped in my head right away.

Keegan is also cute and irish. idk much about the italian names i think benito is cute tho!
