Hi! I hope it's ok to double post as I've also created a topic in a different board too.

I'm hoping to get some opinions on our favourite girl names please.

We are wondering which middle name you think fits best with this Aurora combination?

Aurora Cleo Niamh
Aurora Josie Niamh
Aurora Daisy Niamh
Aurora Willow Niamh
Aurora Felicity Niamh
Aurora Xanthe Niamh

We are set on using Aurora but which other name do you think fits best in the sibset?

Theodore, Aurora & Violet
Theodore, Aurora & Penelope

The full name combinations we have for Violet are...

Violet Esme Cara
Violet Felicity Cara

We obviously wouldn't use Felicity for both a middle name to Aurora and Violet. We are aware that some people pronounce Violet as two syllables, however so perhaps Violet Esme Cara doesn't flow too well? We pronounce it with three.

For Penelope, we have Penelope Violet Cara.

Two middle names is kind of a family tradition. Violet and Cara are set together as well as Aurora and Niamh. All these names do have meaning to us too.

A little update to the post...

I forgot to add Margo/Margot to the list of middle name options we have for Aurora.

We've decided to veto Violet Esme Cara

We're wondering if Aurora is too close or matchy to Theodore? We preferably like to use Aurora as a first name but we're not overly keen on matchy names especially as Violet and Penelope wouldn't be included in it. If it is too much then we have these brainstorms for Aurora as a middle name.

- I'm not sure on the flow of Penelope Aurora and I'm worried it's a bit too long?

- Violet Aurora is probably a bit too descriptive sounding? I'm also not sure on the flow of Margot Cara.

- I'm not sure about the flow of Margot Aurora? We also use Theo as a nickname for Theodore and would use one for Violet and/or Penelope and I'm not sure what we could use for Margot?

I don't think that Aurora and Theodore are matchy at all. I think it's a great sibset!

Violet Aurora Niamh and Margot Aurora Niamh are beautiful names!
I'm not a fan of Penelope Margot Cara or Penelope Violet Cara.

I have four long names (the smallest has 5 letters) and that was never a problem to me. I also love word names, so Violet Aurora sounds adorable for me. I actually have Aurora Violet on my list for a girl. 😉
