I've been thinking about the name Schyuler and whether I would use it or not. I like the name and I have for a while on and off. I like it for both male and female but what do you think it fits better with? And what spelling do you prefer: Schyuler, Skyler or Skylar? I have Skylar Eden for a girl. What are some good middle names for both boy and girl? Does it fit with Nathaniel, Alana and Cadence?

I love the name Schuyler too, but I think the best spelling would be either Skyler or Skylar (Skyler for a boy, Skylar for girl). This is because using the spelling 'Schuyler' has some teasing potential, and can be confusing with the pronunciation and spelling. Just a thought.

As for fitting better with, I would have to say female. Skylar seems like a great girl name to me.

Skylar Eden is cute. Also (for a girl), I suggest: Skylar Nicole, Skylar Reign, Skylar Rose, Skylar Grace, Skylar Joy, Sklyar Michelle & Sklyar Jane.
For a boy: Skyler James, Skyler John, Skyler Chase, Skyler Jace, Skyler Ryan, Skyler David, Skyler Jordan and Skyler Wayne.

Oh, and yes! I think Skylar fits perfectly with Nathaniel, Alana and Cadence! Good luck!

Stick with Skyler or Skylar, Schuylar is making this name waaaay more complicated then it needs to be. Think about when its time for your child to learn how to spell their name.
All your middle names sound great, Skyler Eden is beautiful.

I love Schuyler. That's my favorite spelling too, for a boy and a girl. I don't think it's that difficult because it is a last name so people with recognize it.

The only "Schyuler"s that Ive ever known were boys both spelled Skyler...though I could see it on a girl, too. I kinda like the spelling Schyler/Schyuler for a boy just because it looks a bit more surnamey and masculine, and because I'm not a huge fan of Ks in names and the Ks seem to make a name more girly by today's standards...Mckenna, Mckinley, Kennedy. So I think if you were to use it for a girl, Skylar would be a better spelling.

Skylar is the spelling I like for a girl and Skyler for a boy. I know James likes the name Skylar over Sophia.

I like the spelling Skylar or Skyla for a Girl and I dont like it at all on a boy.. [what happened to Bentley?]
Skylar Eden is gorgeous! Maybe even Skylar Lily? Or do the 'Ls' clash? :/
Nathaniel, Alana, Cadence & Skylar flow quite nicely
