Tegan Alexandria - Alexandria makes a nice middle name. I personally dislike Tegan though... it sounds a little too masculine to me.
Gemma Ivy - I adore both names! I think Ivy Gemma has the better flow, but I still LOVE this combo.
Marlee Layne - The "L's" kind of clash to me. Marlee (with any spelling) sounds masculine to me, but I like the traditional spelling Marley best, even for a girl.
Noa Persephone - I love Persephone. It's so cute! Noa is really pretty, but Noah is all boy to me, so I think having a daughter named Noa would be slightly confusing.
Delilah Haylie Saige - I like all three names, but I think just Delilah Saige sounds best.
Audriana Haylie - Haylie seems to make a better first name to me. Audriana is nice though.
Nova Skylar Grace - Nova and Skylar are not my style, but this combo sounds really nice!
Heidi Jordanna - I LOVE Heidi! Jordanna is not my style (I would prefer Georgianna, etc.) but it still sounds nice.

Hailee Noa Saige - Nice flow. I like the spelling Haylie a little better though.

Liza Haylie Monroe - Liza seems like a nickname to me, and Monroe is all boy in my opinion. What do you think of Eliza?

Monica Faye Skye - Monica is lovely. Either middle name would work well with it, but I think having both Faye and Skye sounds a little choppy. Monica Faye and Monica Skye both sound nice.

Tegan Alexandria - I adore this. Tegan Alexandra would also be nice
Gemma Ivy - beautifucl
Marlee Layne - not really my style
Noa Persephone - this is really pretty!
Delilah Haylie Saige - nms (though, I love Sage)
Audriana Haylie - nms
Nova Skylar Grace - I think the Nova and Skylar clash a little. Perhaps try Nova Grace Skylar
Heidi Jordanna - pretty

Hailee Noa Saige -nms

Liza Haylie Monroe - nms

Monica Faye Skye - I think the Skye is unnecessary at the end. Monica Faye is pretty

Tegan Alexandria - I don't really like unisex names, so I'm not a fan of Tegan. I like the fact that you've paired it with a frilly feminine middle name though, as it balances better. Alexandria is gorgeous!

Gemma Ivy - I like both names, but I don't think the combo sounds right. One of them needs to be a bit longer. Maybe Jemima Ivy would sound better, and Jemma could be a nickname.

Marlee Layne - Marlee is not my style, I don't like trendy names. I like Marla. Layne is the same really.

Noa Persephone - This has a wonderful flow to it and I love Persephone. Noa is a boys name in my opinion, but it's not terrible for a girl. Nia Persephone would be better, though, in my opinion.

Delilah Haylie Saige - Delilah is beautiful. Delilah Saige sounds fine but the Haylie is a bit superfluous.

Audriana Haylie - Audriana is very pretty, albiet rather complicated. Would you use a nickname like Audrey or Ana? Haylie sounds fine in the middle, although it's not a name I particularly like.

Nova Skylar Grace - Beautiful, I love the whole combo. Nova is a nice and different name.

Heidi Jordanna - Heidi is lovely, I like it a lot. Jordanna sounds fine in the middle, but I prefer Johanna.

Hailee Noa Saige - Something about it doesn't sound quite right. I don't like Hailee spelt this way (I don't like -ee names, really)

Liza Haylie Monroe - Liza is a bit dated. Also, it sounds more like a nickname. I think Elizabeth, with Liza as a nickname would be nicer. Elizabeth Haylie sounds fine.

Monica Faye Skye - I like all three names but I don't think it flows quite right. I think that's because Faye and Skye are both one syllable, so it sounds a bit choppy. Something like Monica Skylar Faye flows better.
