I vote for Lila Maryann Miller. Is the mn a family name? Vera is more unique, but I am not sure about the flow with Maryann.

Yes, Maryann is a family name. It's a mix of my late grandmother (Mary) and my late mother (Julie Ann). I'm so in love with Vera, but I've had such negative comments on it before, I can't decide.

I think Lila goes better with the middle name. Vera is lovely though, so I'd keep it in your back pocket for a second baby. Lila and Vera would be cute as sisters.
