I think your names all go great together. They all have the same sort of style/feel. 
As for Harlow... I think the flow is off a bit on the first combo: Harlow Zoe-Grace. The OH sounds in harLOW & ZOee being right next to each other make the name sound a bit repetitive, like a stutter. However I think the middle name combo Zoe-Grace is lovely, just not with Harlow. Of the other two I like Harlow-Grace Alexandrea the best.

I just wanted to say I'm loving Harlow myself! I'm loving the idea of Harlow Grace Elisabeth... Except I think it would e absolutely perfect with Harlow being a single first name and Grace Elisabeth being the middle names it flows better I think, and I just feel Harlow feels better on its own. Though then again I feel like only some names sound good doubled.
