I think the problem with some of these is that they may be difficult to pronounce/spell.  Here are the ones that I think are usable:

Arya - Simple but pretty. Easy to spell/pronounce.

Catelyn - I like this spelling, and there are obviously many others - Caitlin, Kaitlyn, etc... the list goes on and on!

Margery - A little old-fashioned but cute!  There's always the more traditional spelling Majorie.

Brienne - Maybe?  It's not too far of a stretch from Brianna, which is very familiar.

Arianne - Arianna has a more pleasing sound to me, but I think Arianne is still usable.

Elia - Easy to spell and pronounce - plus it fits in with Ella, Aria, etc.

Asha - I see this as kind of a modern version of the dated Ashley!

Shae - Simple and sweet!

Luna - Very usable and stylish!

Alanna - Definitely trendy and usable.

Leia - I think it definitely screams Princess Leia, but it's still useable!  There's also Leah, Lina, Lia, etc.

Mara - Very cute! Easy to pronounce/spell as well.

Bria - Easy to pronounce/spell and cute!

Adelina "Addie" - "Addie" names are so in style (Addison, Adalyn, Adeline, Adelaide, etc.) that I think Adelina would work.

Meryl - Possibly usable because of the association with Meryl Streep?

There are fewer usable boy names on your list, in my opinion.  Eddard and Joffrey, for instance, look like misspellings of Edward and Jeffrey.  I do, however, like:

Lucius

Percival (nn Percy?)

Gavin

Aleksander "Alek"

Zane

I think the ones you've listed are very much useable. They're interesting, pretty and a bit unique. I say go for it!
