A good southern name for a girl would be Ruby. It's my great grandmother's name. Or you have the traditional Dixie. Great names overall. I'm from a farming background so a lot of these names are in my family. Great list!!!

Same here! I don't know if you know who this country artist is but his name is Eric Church and he's from the same town as myself- we grew up together. He went to Appalachian State University (where I got my bachelors), and he named his first son after the town in which the university lies, Boone. So I have some ties with it myself! As for Judson, I got that from this TV show I watched called Bringing Up Bates. Such an adorable moniker! :)

Cool! Don't know who that is, but I know nothing about country music. lol

I personally love the reference to adventurer Adoniram Judson. And Boon honors for me as well, Daniel Boone, Boon Hogganbeck, (both huge parts of my childhood) and a very close cousin who goes by the nickname Boon.

I know of Eric Church and I have to say that it is kind of neat you went to school with him. I love Judson and Wyatt and Solomon and actually I love them all.

Is it also neat that he was previously engaged to my childhood best friend? It obviously didn't work out..lol.  But yeah! My grandparents actually still live beside of his parents. Weird, I know!
