It is quite a mouthful, but most royal names tend to be. They are all beautiful names, but Opal just kinda sticks out to me. I think Aurora Giselle Noella Seraphine sounds a little better.

I agree but royal families never ever use surnames. The are named by house but you never see them use them. Blankard is a bit boring and plain when royal surnames usually have punch - Windsor, Mountbatten, Tudor. Aurora is a name, when comes to princesses, I'd stay well away from as it's so known as a Disney princess.
Seraphina nn Sera would be better. HRH Princess Seraphina Aurora Noella Giselle would be divine. Opal is too old fashion and outdated.

Seraphina's cute but I prefer Saraphina, i think it looks better spelled like that. Noella seems kinda wierdish. Just a little. Noel or Noelle have the same basic sound but - to me- looks better. Oh and in Barbie there's a cat named Seraphina. But I doubt that matters.

It sounds kind of funny to me to put Noelle and Gisele next to each other, unless you're not pronouncing them jih-ZELL and no-ELL? But the way I'm pronouncing it, the two names rhyme.
I prefer Seraphina/Seraphine spelled this way. I usually prefer the original spelling, though, and it's just a personal thing.
Are you set on using only these 4 names or are you open to suggestions?
A few ideas that come to mind are:
Seraphine Aurora Caroline Gisele
Seraphina Beatrice Aurora Noelle
Seraphine Aurora Matilda Gisele
Seraphina Victoria Noelle Aurora
I prefer Seraphina/Seraphine spelled this way. I usually prefer the original spelling, though, and it's just a personal thing.
