My cat is Sylvester and I would've hands down used that on a human son had I already not used it on him. Love the nickname Sly.
Oliver is another one I've seen on a lot of cats that work for both.
Toby? Leo? Milo? Felix? Ace?
Christoper could be nicknamed to Kit, which I guess is technically cat-like haha.
Any T name could be nicknamed Tiger or Tigger.
Simba could be a good nn but I'm not sure from what. Simon maybe?
Not necessarily cat-like but I think Timon is usable for either.
