I've recently strung two names together with a hyphen (those who know me know that that is a tiny personally peeve of mine so it was rather shocking!) and the name is Carol-Eve/Carole-Eve. I'm a little more partial to the Carole spelling because it has family value. So two questions!

1) Carol-Eve or Carole-Eve and what are your thoughts of the name in general.

and

2) Thinking of the first name Wendy to go with it. (All the names have family value and it actually goes quite well with our surname!)

I ADORE the name Eve!! It is cute with Carole/Carol, but it seems really christmas-y. Carol, like Christmas Carol & Eve like Christmas Eve. By themselves they don't seem too christmas-y but together they are a bit much.

I actually love it! Especially as Wendy Carole-Eve. Then again, I love the name Wendy in general because it was created by the writer of Peter Pan which I think makes it even more vintage. And I'd spell it Carole because of the family value

Carole-Eve is lovely! i adore Eve, very pretty. And the combo is just lovely. I have Evie Caroline on my list though so small bias lol
