I've always liked this name. I read a book by R.L. Stine a long time ago with the main character named Hope. She had dissociative identity disorder aka split personalities, but nonetheless, I like the name.

What do you think? Good solid name or would it be better as a middle name. What names would go well with it.

I know a girl named Hope Elizabeth and think it is very pretty!

I think it could stand as a first name with a stronger middle name / longer middle name.

I think Hope is a really beautiful name. As a mn name, people tend to think of it as a "filler" name, though.

I love virtue names, anyway!

I was never a fan of virtue names except for Grace, but Hope (and Faith) have grown on me a ton lately! I think it best as a middle name, but it does have the reputation as a "filler".

I love the name Hope but then again I like those types of names.
