My husband and I both have two middle names. I'm Katherine Ann Cecilia and he's James Michael Thomas. Our last name is Braswell. If we have a boy, we're going to name him Elijah Cecil Thomas (Both middle names are family names, same with us). If we have a girl, we have no clue what to name her. Our grandmother's names are Plernpit (It's a Thai name, she goes by Plern), Katherine Kae and Juanita. Our mother's names are Tina, Vivian, (Mom and stepmom) and Betsy. My mother in law, Betsy, goes by Marie (her middle name). Marie is also my mother's middle name, my cousins's middle name, my sister-in-law's middle name and my niece's middle name. NO MORE MARIE. My step sister's name is Raemi Kae, which I absolutely love because it was my uncle's name (Short for Raymon) and my grandma's middle name, but I can't name my baby after my sister like that. I love names like Lilly, Ellie, Lynn, Lyla, Grace... I love pretty names that are somewhat delicate. I'm totally at a loss here. HELP ME PLEASE!

While you can definitely use your relative's names as middles, I think you could also use variations of them as well.  For instance, how do you feel about using Christina or Valentina for Tina?  Or Elizabeth for Betsy?
